im not a fan of using weights on abs, u end up wiht abs that puff out, u do swimmers but no weight n 100 striaght no rest, then other ab excercises straight after, if u burn all the surrounding fat ur left with a six pack anyway, plus doing more reps will actually tone and cut it more
