ok it took u like 1min to show how to do cable crossover. if people dont no how to set it up and not familar with how to set the cables up. then mayb people shouldnt do this workout or any machine for that matter

I have been going Gym since last 50 days, and I found that this machine is really able to isolate chest even with moderate weights. I like it the most among all chest exercises.
But today, when I was preparing to do it, a fat guy came and said that You should not do this right now, and its for advanced weight lifters.
So the question is, Was he right or not?

50 days seems enough, but you should ask your fitness instructor, he knows your current level of training.
@apourv1991 in all fairness yes he was right if you want to pack size on your chest bench press, dumbells isolate pecs more then barbell also if you want to lose fat bench press as it requires a bigger demand from your muscles stick to compound exercises to get bigger muscles and to lose fat
@0121boy1 bullshit. losing fat is down to diet and cardio. you need a solid routine, incorporating compounds, as they work your core, and help pack on muscle, strength and ability to add weight to assistance/isolation exercises.
certain exercises for losing fat is just utter broscience.
@chr0n1c4 ah cheers i just realised how my comment looks but compound is king for puting on musclemass and that muscle burns fat so it indirectly burns fat as you need the extra calories to maintain muscle thanks for the correcion

@chr0n1c4 Disagree. Haven’t done cardio in like 2 months and I lose fat. Yes, my diet is pretty strict, except on the weekends. Only do compound-movements and little isolation exercises.
